档案的主动收集和制作工作是在新的形势下档案机构根据社会的发展需要而逐步产生一个全新的服务模式。本文通过对工程声像档案的分析研究,从中得出档案机构主动收集档案的价值转化规律。
Archives initiative to collect and make the work is in the new situation, archives agencies in accordance with the needs of social development and gradually generate a new service model. Through the analysis of the project audio and video archives, this paper draws the law of the value conversion of the file archives collection initiatively.
