目的利用人体成分分析仪测定肿瘤化疗患者人体组成,进而探讨肿瘤化疗患者人体成分组成特点及与营养状况的关系。方法用人体成分分析仪于2008年4-5月对50例肿瘤化疗患者行人体成分测定并分析。结果肿瘤化疗患者人体细胞内液、外液,体内水分、蛋白质、矿物质、骨骼肌含量等成分存在不足,且有30%的肿瘤化疗患者体脂肪含量过剩,40%体脂肪百分比超标。结论肿瘤化疗患者由于疾病自身的高消耗,化疗药物对机体的影响,导致摄入不足,营养状况较差,各成分含量均异常。其营养问题应受到重视,并采取积极有效的营养支持以改善营养状况。
Objective To determine the human body composition of patients undergoing chemotherapy with a human body composition analyzer and to explore the relationship between the composition of body composition and nutritional status in patients with tumor chemotherapy. Methods The human body composition analyzer was used to measure and analyze the body composition of 50 patients with tumor chemotherapy from April to May in 2008. Results There were deficiencies in the contents of intracellular fluid, extra fluid, body water, protein, minerals, skeletal muscle and so on in patients with tumor chemotherapy. In addition, 30% of patients with tumor chemotherapy had excessive body fat and 40% body fat. Conclusion Tumor chemotherapy patients due to the high consumption of the disease itself, the impact of chemotherapy drugs on the body, leading to inadequate intake, poor nutritional status, the content of each component are abnormal. Its nutritional problems should be given priority and active and effective nutritional support should be taken to improve nutrition.
