2013年,有很多事件震动我们,也影响着楼市的发展。从国家,到地方,到地产行业,从事件榜中,我们可以看到这一年国家经济、行业内外的成绩和不足。事件榜(包括新闻事件、关键词、数据、言论、品牌推动力活动)是安家编辑部和专业人士对这一年的总结,意义重大。通过梳理这些影响2013年中国房地产的风云元素,以便对整个行业的面貌进行整理概括,并且也对2014年的发展趋势做出展望。
In 2013, there were many incidents that shocked us and also affected the property market. From the state, to the place, to the real estate industry, from the list of incidents, we can see the domestic economy and the achievements and deficiencies inside and outside the industry this year. Event list (including news events, keywords, data, speech, brand promotion activities) is the home of the editorial department and professionals summary of the year, of great significance. By sorting out the elements that influenced the real estate industry in China in 2013 in order to summarize the outlook of the industry as a whole, we also look forward to the development trend in 2014.
