目的探讨医学院男女大学生学业成绩的差异及其相关因素的差异,为教学改革提供理论支持。方法采用期末平均成绩、成就动机量表(AMS)、学业求助行为量表和交往焦虑量表(IAS)随机抽取测量某医学院192名男女大学生,研究学业成绩与成就动机、学业求助行为及社交焦虑的关系。结果大学生的学业成绩存在显著的性别差异;男生的执行性求助对学业成绩有预测作用;女生的成就动机对学业成绩有预测作用。结论男女大学的学业成绩差异显著且预测因素不尽相同。
Objective To explore the difference of academic achievement between male and female students in medical college and related factors, and to provide theoretical support for the teaching reform. Methods A total of 192 male and female undergraduates in a medical school were randomly selected from the AMS, AAS, IAS to study the academic performance and achievement motivation, academic help-seeking behavior and social interaction Anxiety relationship. Results There was a significant gender difference in college students’ academic performance. The performance of boys was predictive of academic performance. The achievement motivation of female students predicted the academic performance. Conclusion Male and female universities have significant differences in academic performance and predictors.
