档案数字化是数字档案馆建设的前提,数字化档案的鉴定则成为了档案数字化的关键性内容。目前对于数字化档案鉴定的主要侧重于对形成机关直接形成归档的电子档案的鉴定,而对于由传统载体档案转化而来的数字化成品的鉴定却未能给予足够重视。但是,从当前各级档案馆的馆藏构成来看,直接来源于形成单位的数字档案的比例是极小的。即当前数字档案馆中仍主要由传统载体档案的数字化成品所占据。因此,笔者认为应给予传统载体档案数字化的鉴定工作足够
Digital archives are the prerequisite for the construction of digital archives. The identification of digitized archives has become the key content of digital archives. At present, the identification of digital archives mainly focuses on the identification of the electronic archives directly formed and archived by the forming agencies, while the identification of digitized finished products transformed from traditional carrier archives fails to pay enough attention. However, judging from the current collection structure of archives at all levels, the proportion of digital archives originating directly from the units is extremely small. Namely the digital archives are still dominated by the digitized finished products of traditional carrier files. Therefore, I think it should be enough to appraise the digitalization of traditional carrier files
