随着“16+1”合作的日臻完善与“一带一路”建设的不断落实,中东欧国家正成为中国企业走出国门首选的有潜力的投资热土,但中东欧是近年来才兴起的一种称呼,绝大多数中国企业往往对该地的投资环境较为陌生,不了解投资中东欧地区所暗含的风险,如果贸然投资通常以失败告终,中海外折戟波兰便是最好的例证。鉴于此,本文从各个角度全面分析中东欧地区的投资环境与投资风险,为今后即将对中东欧投资的企业提供借鉴。
As the “16 + 1” cooperation is being perfected and the “Belt and Road” construction continues to be implemented, the Central and Eastern European countries are becoming the hotpot of potential investment for Chinese enterprises to go abroad. However, Central and Eastern Europe is only emerging in recent years , The vast majority of Chinese enterprises are often unfamiliar with the investment environment in the area. They do not understand the risks implied in investing in Central and Eastern Europe. If the investment is usually unsuccessful, Poland is the best example . In view of this, this article comprehensively analyzes the investment environment and investment risks in Central and Eastern Europe from all angles and provides reference for the enterprises that will invest in Central and Eastern Europe in the future.
