我厂生产的内六方弹簧卡头,过去由钳工压印精锉加工内六方,不仅生产效率低,而且难以保证质量。为此:采用电火花靠模线切割内六方新工艺,内六方偏摆量达0.02毫米,精度和质量都超过了原来进口的同类产品。由于电火花线切割机能加工高硬度的淬火钢,所以采用新工艺就可以把弹卡的内六方加工工序由原来的淬火、磨削之前,改成车铣热磨之后,即最后一道工序。这样内六方的加工精度不受淬火变形的影响,也不受其他工序加工误差的影响。
