要使课外阅读指导更趋高效,务必进行适时适量的精练准准的指导。教师要率先垂范,用行动影响学生;要多讲读书人的故事,激励学生;要安抚心灵,让学生静心读书。
To make extra-curricular reading instruction more efficient, be sure to conduct timely and appropriate guidance. Teachers should take the lead in setting examples and use their actions to influence their students. They should tell more about storytellers and encourage students to comfort their souls and allow them to study meditarily.
