随着国民经济的发展,山岭地区新建公(铁)路越来越多,隧道工程所占的比例逐步增大。隧道二次衬砌施工普遍采用整体式钢模板台车、泵送混凝土施工工艺,但混凝土硬化过程中产生的裂缝不仅影响了美观,还给工程质量留下了隐患。施工中必须采取合理的工程技术措施,控制和减少混凝土中裂缝的数量和宽度。本文分析了混凝土裂缝产生的原因,提出了缓解裂缝产生的措施,并介绍了几种常见的裂缝治理方法。
With the development of the national economy, more and more new public (iron) roads are built in the mountain areas and the proportion of tunnel projects is gradually increasing. The construction of tunnel secondary lining generally adopts the integral steel formwork trolley to pump the concrete construction technology. However, the cracks generated in the concrete hardening process not only affect the appearance, but also leave hidden dangers to the project quality. Construction must take reasonable engineering and technical measures to control and reduce the number and width of cracks in concrete. This paper analyzes the causes of concrete cracks, put forward measures to mitigate cracks, and introduces several common crack management methods.
