一、一般情况(一)民族:汉族为235例,藏族12例,回族8例,(二)性别:男性208例,女性49例,男女之比为4.24:1。男性明显多于女性。(三)眼别:右眼133例,在眼121例,双眼3例。入院时的视力:无光感3例,光感127例,手动→指数84例,0.01→0.097例,0.1→0.23例,另有32例系幼儿不能查视力。二、致伤的原因外伤性白内障的致伤物成人,主要为铁屑,铁丝、钢丝钩伤及爆炸伤。农村致伤物多为石块、劈柴、树枝挂伤。青少年致伤物有刀具、拳击,铁块、汽枪子弹等。幼儿致伤物大多是鞭炮、剪刀、针、钉子、钉锥、弹弓等。详见表2。

Second, the cause of injury Injury traumatic cataract adults, mainly iron, wire, wire hook injury and explosion injury. Rural injury mostly for stones, firewood, branches hang injury. Injuries of young people have knives, boxing, iron, such as gun bullets. Child care products are mostly firecrackers, scissors, needles, nails, nail cones, slingshots and so on.
