目的探讨跟部恶性黑色素瘤的治疗。方法 手术切除病灶后皮瓣修复皮肤缺损。术前、术后应用。干扰素肌注免疫治疗。结果１１例皮瓣全部成活，所有病例经６个月至５年随访均存活，未发现病灶复发或转移。结论跟部恶性黑色素瘤进行手术切除，皮瓣修复，术前、术后应用ａ－干扰素治疗，取得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the treatment of malignant melanoma with heel. Methods Surgical resection of the skin flap to repair skin defects. Preoperative and postoperative application. Interferon intramuscular immunotherapy. Results All the 11 flaps survived. All cases survived after 6 months to 5 years of follow-up. No recurrence or metastasis was found. Conclusions With the treatment of malignant melanoma with surgical excision and skin flap repair, a-interferon is applied before and after surgery to obtain satisfactory results.
