苏联杰出的光谱学家S.L.曼捷尔史塔姆于1990年11月26日在莫斯科自己家中病逝。曼捷尔史塔姆1910年2月22日生于苏联黑海岸敖德萨城。他父亲是举世间名的物理学家,也是莫斯科理论物理学院的奠基人。曼捷尔史塔姆于莫斯科大学毕业后进入苏联科学院列别捷夫物理研究所工作至今。1936—1941年间他致力于金属、合金、矿物的光谱化学定量分析方法的研究。40年代后期主要从事于原子光谱基础理论的研究,奠定了苏联原子光谱、原子物理、X-射线光谱和天体物理学等离子体的基础。
Soviet illegitimate spectroscopist S.L. Manger Stamm died on his own home in Moscow on November 26, 1990. Mantell Steam was born on February 22, 1910 in the city of Odessa, on the Black Sea coast of the Soviet Union. His father is a world-famous physicist and the founder of the Moscow Institute of Theoretical Physics. After graduating from the University of Moscow, Mantell Stamm has entered the work of the Liebzevsky Institute of Physics of the Soviet Academy of Sciences to date. From 1936 to 1941, he devoted himself to the research of spectrochemical quantitative analysis of metals, alloys and minerals. The late 40s mainly engaged in the basic theory of atomic spectroscopy research, laid the Soviet atomic spectroscopy, atomic physics, X-ray spectroscopy and astrophysics plasma foundation.
