Eddy通过实验性肾病综合征的大鼠,研究了小管间质性肾炎与蛋白尿之间的关系。方法:采用嘌呤霉素诱导的肾病综合征大鼠,实验组用含8%的低蛋白喂养同时给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂enalapril,两个对照组均用含27%的高蛋白喂养,同时分别注射生理盐水和嘌呤霉素。结果:实验组可见到蛋白尿减少,肾小管上皮细胞轻微损害,与对照组比较有显著差异。观察到间质巨噬细胞与白蛋白尿之间呈明显正相关关系,单纯控制蛋白饮食能减轻蛋白尿。相反单用ACFI抑制剂对蛋白尿的程度无明显影响。耗尽肾病综合征大鼠血循环中的T淋巴细胞,消除间质的淋巴细胞,不能影响间质的巨噬细胞浸润及抑制间质巨噬细胞的增生。通过单侧肾脏的照射治疗也不能减轻间质的巨噬细胞浸润。用马来酸盐(Sodium Maleate)治疗的鼠产生近端
Eddy studied the relationship between tubulointerstitial nephritis and proteinuria in rats with experimental nephrotic syndrome. Methods: Rats with nephrotic syndrome induced by puromycin were fed with enalapril, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, while those in the experimental group were fed a low protein diet containing 8%. Both control groups were fed a high protein content of 27% Inject saline and puromycin respectively. Results: The experimental group can be seen reduced proteinuria, renal tubular epithelial cells slightly damaged, compared with the control group were significantly different. A clear positive correlation was observed between mesenchymal macrophages and albuminuria. Controlling protein diet alone could reduce proteinuria. In contrast, ACFI inhibitors alone had no significant effect on the level of proteinuria. Exhaustion of nephrotic syndrome T lymphocytes in the blood circulation, the elimination of interstitial lymphocytes, can not affect interstitial macrophage infiltration and inhibition of interstitial macrophage hyperplasia. Irradiation by unilateral renal treatment can not reduce stromal macrophage infiltration. Rats treated with Sodium Maleate produced a proximal end
