近年来,我国高等职业教育得到了快速发展,不过由于一系列因素的存在,高职毕业生仍然面临着就业难的问题,针对高职院校来说,这一问题的出现是因对其的重视程度不够、就业指导力量薄弱等因素造成的。所以,高职院校要把学生就业作为导向,以实际为根本,开展多种形式的就业指导活动。根据大学生就业所面临的新形势,分析高职院校就业的现状及新形势下高职院校就业指导工作的相关途径。
