溴甲烷与磷化铝混合熏蒸万吨散装粮船的效果

进口万吨散装小麦粮船,一旦感染害虫,繁殖则十分迅速,为从虫口夺粮,粮船抵岸后又不得不实施大轮熏蒸,但效果一直不理想,为攻破熏蒸技术关,笔者从1994~1997年进行了专题研究,连续3年熏蒸了6船24.8万吨粮食。通过试验,摸索出了一套切实可行的熏蒸新技术和新方法。其关键技术:1.溴甲烷与磷化铝分层投药,混合熏蒸;2.封闭埋在粮舱中的投药钢管的顶端,使溴甲烷气体渗透于粮舱深层;3.增压促环流。采用此方法,笔者分别对3万吨级和5万吨级的带虫粮船进行了实施,效果十分理想,3万吨级的粮船熏蒸后,上、中、下层多次取样检查,害虫死亡率为100%;5万吨级的粮船熏蒸后取样检查,上、中层害虫死亡率为100%;下层和底层有少量活虫,但死亡率仍达到90%~98%。本项试验的成功,解决了万吨散装小麦粮船熏蒸技术问题。 Imports of tons of bulk wheat grain ship, once infected with pests, reproduction is very rapid, to seize grain from the mouth of grain, grain ship landed and had to implement a large round fumigation, but the effect has been unsatisfactory, to break the fumigation technology, the author from From 1994 to 1997, he conducted a special study and fumigated 248,000 tons of grain for six vessels for three consecutive years. Using this method, the author respectively carried out the implementation of 30,000-ton and 50,000-ton insecticidal grain ships, the effect is very satisfactory. After the 30,000-ton grain ship was fumigated, the samples were taken from the middle, The death rate was 100%. The sampling of the 50,000-ton grain ship after fumigation was carried out. The mortality of the upper and middle pests was 100%. A small amount of live insects were found on the lower and the bottom, but the mortality rate still reached 90% -98%. The success of this experiment, to solve the tons of bulk wheat grain ship fumigation technology issues.
