进口万吨散装小麦粮船,一旦感染害虫,繁殖则十分迅速,为从虫口夺粮,粮船抵岸后又不得不实施大轮熏蒸,但效果一直不理想,为攻破熏蒸技术关,笔者从1994~1997年进行了专题研究,连续3年熏蒸了6船24.8万吨粮食。通过试验,摸索出了一套切实可行的熏蒸新技术和新方法。其关键技术:1.溴甲烷与磷化铝分层投药,混合熏蒸;2.封闭埋在粮舱中的投药钢管的顶端,使溴甲烷气体渗透于粮舱深层;3.增压促环流。采用此方法,笔者分别对3万吨级和5万吨级的带虫粮船进行了实施,效果十分理想,3万吨级的粮船熏蒸后,上、中、下层多次取样检查,害虫死亡率为100%;5万吨级的粮船熏蒸后取样检查,上、中层害虫死亡率为100%;下层和底层有少量活虫,但死亡率仍达到90%~98%。本项试验的成功,解决了万吨散装小麦粮船熏蒸技术问题。

After the 30,000-ton grain ship was fumigated, the samples were taken from the middle, The death rate was 100%. The sampling of the 50,000-ton grain ship after fumigation was carried out. The mortality of the upper and middle pests was 100%. A small amount of live insects were found on the lower and the bottom, but the mortality rate still reached 90% -98%. The success of this experiment, to solve the tons of bulk wheat grain ship fumigation technology issues.
