笔者最近查访了一些部队和地方单位有关新闻报道方面的情况,其中最突出,令人费解的是:大多数单位,对新闻报道工作实行‘承包责任制’,层层下达了见报指标。为此,有的同志‘见报心切’,找熟人,拉关系,‘广开门路’。也有的同志因没有‘门路’,怕完不成‘任务’,急得抓耳挠腮。继而,抄袭、改头换面变相抄袭的稿件和一些假报道应运而生了。笔者之见,写新闻报道应是为指导工作服务的,不能只为见报而不择手段。找熟人、拉关系是不正之风,抄袭、写假报道是违反新闻纪律的。而这些弊病都是由于搞‘承包’引起的,因此,对新闻报道搞‘承包’的办法应迅速加以纠正。
The author recently interviewed some troops and local units about news reports. One of the most prominent and puzzling things is that most units implement ’contractual responsibility system’ for press coverage and have laid down reporting standards at various levels. For this reason, some comrades’ look at the report, find acquaintances, pull relations and ’wide open the way.’ There are also comrades who, because they do not have a ’road,’ are afraid of ending up their task and are anxious to scratch their heads. In turn, plagiarism, face-lift manuscript plagiarism and some fake reports came into being. The author’s opinion, writing news reports should be to guide the work of service, not only by newspaper and unscrupulous. To find acquaintances, pull relations is unhealthy, plagiarism, fake reports is a violation of the news discipline. All these ills are caused by engaging in ’contracting’. Therefore, the method of engaging contractors in news reports should be promptly corrected.
