了解骨纤维结构不良中癌基因蛋白的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化法对37例骨纤维结构不良行多种癌基因蛋白检测。结果37例实验组中c-fos、c-myc蛋白均有高表达(P<0.01)。rasp21蛋白在该病恶变组中有高表达(P<0.05)。结论c-fos、c-myc蛋白过度表达在骨纤维结构不良的发生发展中起重要作用,rasp21蛋白过度表达在该病的恶性变过程中起作用。本研究结果对骨纤维结构不良的诊断和治疗具有广阔的应用前景。
To understand the expression of oncogene proteins in bone fiber dysplasia. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect various oncogene proteins in 37 cases of bone fiber structural defects. Results The c-fos and c-myc proteins were highly expressed in 37 experimental groups (P<0.01). Rasp21 protein was highly expressed in the malignant transformation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of c-fos and c-myc protein plays an important role in the development of bone fiber dysplasia. Overexpression of rasp21 protein plays a role in the malignant transformation of the disease. The results of this study have broad application prospects for the diagnosis and treatment of bone fiber structural defects.
