大公报记者部为了促进地方记者革命化,从过去单纯抓记者的业务工作开始改变为着重抓地方记者的政治思想,收到了初步效果。大公报的地方记者是从一九五八年起由各省(自治区)市党委财贸部从地方干部中配备的,由报社和地方党委双重领导,以地方党委领导为主。过去几年,报社记者部对地方记者主要是抓报道计划、反映情况和稿件处理,而着重于抓稿件处理。同记者联系也主要是谈稿件处理的情况;对记者的政治思想情况了解很少,也较少主动地做些工作。记者对报社不抓记者的政治思想有不少意见。
In order to promote the revolutionization of local reporters, the Ta Kung Pao journalist department has received initial results from changing the business work of a simple reporter in the past to focusing on the political thoughts of local reporters. Local reporters in Ta Kung Pao were provided by local finance ministries and commissions of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities from 1958 onwards by local newspapers and local party committees, and are mainly under the leadership of local party committees. In the past few years, the reporter of the newspaper mainly focused on reporting plans, reflecting the situation and manuscript processing on local reporters while focusing on grasping manuscript processing. Contact with journalists also mainly deals with the handling of manuscripts; they have little or no understanding of the political and ideological situation of journalists and do less active work. Reporters do not pay much attention to the newspaper’s political thought.
