宜春风动工具厂为了适应生产发展的需要,消除设备供需的矛盾,促进劳动生产率的进一步提高,在厂党委的领导下,充分发动群众,发扬了艰苦奋斗,自力更生的革命精神,于一九七○年利用废旧材料加工,自行设计制造成了这台液压半自动镗床。机床主要用于该厂生产的YN30A型内燃凿岩机气缸粗镗内孔Φ88~(+0·46)和φ56~+(0·4)加工工序。这道工序原在C620车床上加工,班产35只,使用本机床后,班产量提高到70只,功效提高一倍。此机床结构简单,动作单能化,制造容易,效率高,而且大大减轻了工人的体力劳动。
