从生漆萃取得到的粗漆酚,用醋酸铅沉淀剂法除去其中的漆酚(Urushiol)组分,滤液用正己烷萃取,萃取液经减压蒸馏后得到一种暗棕色的粘稠液体。粘稠液的组分经薄层色谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱、吸氧反应、吸氢反应及成膜性能等方面的分析研究,并用相应的漆酚比较,结果表明它们都不是漆酚,但有优良的成膜性能.非漆酚未知组分在薄层上至少可以分出四个物斑,其含量约占粗漆酚的2~5%。进一步研究这些未知组分的结构,可能为生漆改性开辟新的途径。
Urushiol was extracted from raw lacquer and the Urushiol component was removed by lead acetate precipitation. The filtrate was extracted with n-hexane, and the extract was distilled under reduced pressure to obtain a dark brown viscous liquid.
