目的:调查分析农村患者对药学服务的需求,为在农村有效开展药学服务提供理论指导。方法:随机抽取湖南省永州市11个县区中28个基层乡镇的6 145名民众为调查对象,从药学服务所涵盖的用药安全性、有效性和经济性3个方面所覆盖的13个服务要素进行问卷调查。结果:在所有的药学服务项中,“个体健康状况”、“合理用药知识教育”、“多种药物的选择”、“药品调配”与“用药剂量”5个服务项是农村患者最需要的,而且不同年龄段的患者对药学服务需求的重点也有差异。结论:农村患者用药知识匮乏,迫切需要基层的药学服务,只有因人制宜实施农村药学服务,才能保证农村患者科学合理用药。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the demand of rural patients for pharmacy services and provide theoretical guidance for effectively carrying out pharmacy services in rural areas. Methods: A total of 6 145 residents of 28 grassroots towns and villages in 11 districts and counties in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province were randomly selected as the survey subjects. 13 services covered by three aspects of drug safety, efficacy and economy covered by the pharmacy service Elements of the questionnaire. RESULTS: Among all the pharmacy services, “individual health status”, “reasonable medication knowledge education”, “multiple drug choice”, “drug delivery” and “drug dosage” Five services are most needed by rural patients, and patients of different age groups also have different priorities for pharmacy service needs. Conclusion: There is a lack of medical knowledge in rural areas and there is an urgent need for grassroots pharmacy services. Only when rural pharmacy services should be implemented according to the system, can rural patients be assured of scientific and rational drug use.
