在经济高速发展的背景下,我国动漫行业的发展前景越来越好,发展机遇越来越多,而培养动漫专业创新型人才的主要途径是高职教育。高职院校此方面的教学水准较低,因此提高高职动漫专业教学水平势在必行。虽然动漫市场的风险性较高,对创新的要求也较高,但动漫作为市场占有率极高的高收益行业,深受应届大学生的青睐,所以高职院校动漫专业的学生数量日益增多,可是毕业生中创新型人才的数量依旧无法满足社会需求。为了提高高职动漫创新型人才培养率,推动动漫业发展进程,本文就高职动漫专业在教学活动中创新人才培养现状着手分析,并重点研究了培养策略。
Under the background of rapid economic development, the development prospect of animation industry in our country is getting better and better, with more and more opportunities for development. The main way to train creative professionals in animation industry is higher vocational education. Higher vocational colleges in this area of the teaching level is low, so improve vocational teaching level of animation is imperative. Although the animation market is more risky and has higher requirements for innovation, animation is a high-yielding industry with a high market share and is favored by fresh graduates. Therefore, the number of animation major students in higher vocational colleges is on the rise. However, the number of graduates in innovative talents still can not meet the needs of society. In order to improve the training rate of innovative talents in vocational animation and to promote the development of the animation industry, this paper analyzes the status quo of innovative talents training in teaching activities of high vocational students and focuses on the training strategies.
