采用新近问世的小型封闭式高效紫外线消毒器,照射模拟牙具表而,对细菌的杀灭和乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的灭活结果为:照射1分钟能杀灭99.9%以上的非芽胞菌,2分钟能杀灭包括芽胞菌在内的所有试验菌,杀灭率达100%。照射仅60秒钟HBcAg完全被灭活,1分钟时能使HBcAg和人聚白蛋白受体(PHsAr)强阳性的血清和纯化的HBV Dane颗粒灭活率达99%以上,4分钟时灭活率几乎可达100%。HBcAg和PHsAr完全灭活均较HBcAg所需时间短。结果表明,这种近距离、高强度照射的消毒器具有迅速、高效杀灭细菌和灭活病毒的作用。同时说明,PHsAr和HBcAg作为检测指标并配合HBsAg,能全面反应紫外线的消毒作用,而不宜仅以HBsAg作为消毒灭活病毒的指标。
