目的：探讨胸壁结核的超声表现及临床意义。方法回顾分析57例胸壁结核声像图。结果胸壁结核的声像图主要表现为实性回声、液性回声、液实混合回声。结论胸壁结核在超声表现上具有比较强的特征性，能保证在无创检查的基础上确定病变范围、性质，与周围组织关系等，为临床手术提供依据。“,”Objective Discuss the ultrasonic manifestations and clinical significance of chest wal tuberculosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 57 cases of chest tuberculosis sonograms. Results The main performance of chest wal tuberculosis echoes echoes for solid, liquid, liquid solid mixed echo. Conclusion Sonographic findings on chest wal tuberculosis have relatively strong characteristic, can guarantee in noninvasive examination on the basis of the nature, scope of lesions, relation with sur ounding tissues, such as to provide basis for clinical surgery.
