党的十八大报告提出:“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态。”通过字里行间不难看出,人文关怀和心理疏导这两个词语,透漏出在新时期、新历史条件下,思想政治工作出现的新变化。就煤炭企业而言,长期坚持井下作业的职工,劳动强度大,工作环境相对较差,注重人文关怀,特别是注重心理疏导,已成为促进矿区和谐发展的重要课题。
