本文介绍了漏磁检测原理以及缺陷漏磁场磁偶极子模型。讨论了缺陷深度和宽度对漏磁场的影响。提出提取缺陷信号特征的峰峰值算法,根据信号的峰峰值大小、间隔和信号梯度变化作为缺陷判别标准。说明了火炮漏磁检测仪的硬件设计原理,本文介绍的火炮漏磁检测仪已成功用于火炮的无损检测中。
In this paper, the principle of magnetic flux leakage and the magnetic dipole model of magnetic field leakage are introduced. The effect of defect depth and width on leakage magnetic field is discussed. According to the signal peak-peak value, the interval and the signal gradient change, the algorithm of extracting the peak-peak value of the defect signal is proposed. Describes the artillery magnetic flux leakage tester hardware design principles, this article describes the artillery magnetic flux leakage detector has been successfully used in nondestructive testing of artillery.
