我们孝感市在贯彻实施“两则”“两制”工作中,由于领导重视,措施得力,狠抓关键环节,保证了新制度7月11日在我市全面贯彻实施。目前全市254户预算内工交、商业、粮食企业和市直3户预算外企业已全部完成了新旧制度的衔接和帐务结转工作,并按新制度规定编报了7月份会计报表。从全市119户工交企业6、7两月份汇总会计报表的数据对比情况看,转制前后利润总额变化不大;其他企业(除粮食外)也波幅较小,全市转轨工作基本上实现了“平稳过渡”的要求。现将我们的作法介绍
