对南宁市一所幼儿园204名健康儿童进行Hb浓度的检测及膳食调查,分成4组,分别在原膳食基础上加入鸭肝、猪血、鳝鱼、猪肉等富含血红素铁食物,每周3次,共进行5周。试验后各组儿童的Hb浓度均显著上升,各组之间虽无显著性差异,但也表明儿童贫血与膳食中血红素铁来源较少有关。
Totally 204 healthy children in a kindergarten in Nanning City were tested for Hb concentration and divided into 4 groups. Each group was divided into 4 groups according to the original diet: iron-rich fermented foods such as duck liver, pig blood, eel and pork, Times, a total of 5 weeks. After the experiment, the Hb concentration of children in each group increased significantly, although there was no significant difference between the groups, but also shows that anemia in children is less related to the source of heme iron in the diet.
