直接离心法取样是随甜菜含糖量快速测定这一课题而提出的。每当甜菜收获季节,甜菜研究所或甜菜育种站都要对大量的甜菜进行检糖。但现有的检糖手段速度较低、精度较差、工序复杂,不适应大规模检糖的需要。在甜菜收购点更不适用。为此需要谋求一种快速检糖手段。在现有检糖手段的基础上,我们提出“甜菜含糖量快速分析仪”这一方案,直接离心法就是快速分析仪的取样部分。
