概述了油田注水站计算机最优节能控制理论。认为注水系统能耗由三部分组成:①注水泵驱动电机损耗;②注水泵损耗;③管网系统损耗。注水站优化节能的目标就是在满足配注方案的前提下,将上述3种损耗降至最小。给出了一种以注水系统效率为目标函数的注水站最优控制的原理和设计方法。采用这种方法来设计注水站的节能控制方案可取得较大的经济效益。
This paper summarizes the computer optimal energy-saving control theory of oilfield water injection station. It is considered that the energy consumption of water injection system consists of three parts: ① water pump drive motor loss; ② water pump loss; ③ pipe network system loss. The goal of optimizing the energy conservation of the water filling station is to minimize the above three kinds of losses under the premise of meeting the dispensing scheme. The principle and design method of waterflooding station optimal control with waterflooding system efficiency as objective function are given. This method can be used to design water-saving control program can get greater economic benefits.
