目的为了解常用消毒剂使用期间抑菌性能的改变及被污染情况。方法用7株口腔感染优势菌为指示菌,监测了5种消毒剂使用过程中抑菌性能的变化,同时对消毒剂被污染情况进行了细菌培养和HBsAg检测。结果0.5%碱性戊二醛、0.2%过氧乙酸、0.5%碘伏抑菌性能较强;消毒剂随使用时间延长抑菌性能逐渐减弱,被污染情况逐渐加重,在第7天十分明显。结论消毒剂使用时间以3天为宜,不宜超过7天
Objective To understand the use of disinfectants commonly used during the change of antibacterial properties and contamination. Methods Seven strains of oral dominant bacteria were used as indicator bacteria to monitor the changes of bacteriostasis during the use of five disinfectants. Bacterial culture and HBsAg detection of the disinfectants were also carried out. Results The antibacterial activity of 0.5% alkaline glutaraldehyde, 0.2% peracetic acid and 0.5% iodine was stronger. The bacteriostasis of the disinfectant gradually weakened with the prolongation of use time, Day 7 is very clear. Conclusion Disinfectant use time to 3 days is appropriate, not more than 7 days
