本文报道了用普通冰箱进行苹果和梨花粉贮藏研究结果:以0—5℃、干燥、密封贮藏条件下效果最好。贮1年后萌发率略低于当年新花粉发芽率,可以正常授粉。在花粉冷贮4年后则表现花粉生活力随贮存年限的增加而逐渐下降,但仍能保持较高的萌发力,在新花粉不足时也可用于授粉。在应用培养基发芽法鉴定花粉生活力时,以20—25℃为最佳发芽温度
In this paper, the results of the research on the storage of apple and pear pollens using ordinary refrigerators are described: the best effect is obtained under the conditions of 0-5 ℃, drying and sealed storage. After 1 year, the germination rate is slightly lower than the germination rate of new pollen in that year, which can pollinate normally. After pollination for 4 years, pollen viability decreased gradually with the increase of storage years, but still maintained high germination force. Pollen could also be used for pollination when the new pollen was deficient. When germination method was used to identify the pollen viability, the optimum germination temperature was 20-25 ℃
