全国人民隆重纪念党的十一届三中全会召开20周年之际,刚巧是我国涉足非织造布领域40周年之时.回顾我国非织造布工业40年发展历程,以召开党的十一届三中全会的1978年来划分,正好是经历了两个20年.前后比较,变化之大,令人惊叹.非织造布产量1978年仅为3000t,而到1998年却飞增至23万t,在亚洲已成为仅次于日本的非织造布第二大生产国.
At the 20th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it coincides with the 40th anniversary of our country’s involvement in the non-woven fabrics industry. It recalls the 40-year history of the development of China’s non-woven fabric industry in order to hold the Party’s 11th Session III. The division of the Plenary Assembly in 1978 was exactly the result of two 20 years. Before and after comparison, the magnitude of the change was amazing. The output of nonwoven fabrics was only 3,000 tons in 1978, but it increased to 230,000 tons in 1998. Asia has become the second largest producer of nonwovens after Japan.
