笔者从一些品牌VCD的控制原理可知,面板控制和遥控控制一样,都有一套发射与接收系统。每按一次面板按键,遥控接收头旁边有一红外线发光二极管发射出红外光,接收头接收后送至CPU处理后发出指令去控制VCD,实现各种功能的控制。如果VCD用人工置入碟子通电后能读碟,但面板按键完全失灵,各种功能控制均不起作用。这种故障可用一收音机打开电源开关,波段开关置中波位置,将收音机靠近VCD机面边,VCD机也打开电源,按面板上任何一按键,如果收音中没有任何反应则是VCD机上的455kHz晶振损坏,换一只455kHz晶振后故障可以排除。如果每按一次按键收音机中发出“嘟嘟”声,则可能是遥控接收头损坏,也可能是红外发光二极管损坏,先测红外发光二级管是否好,如果二极管坏,更换一只发光二极管,如果测得发光二极管是好的,那就是遥控接收头损坏,更换一个好的接收头后故障可以排除。
