目的研究五加科五加属植物刺五加Acanthopanax senticosus的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从刺五加中分离得到12个已知成分,分别鉴定为刺五加酮(1)、刺五加苷B1(2)、4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、alimoxide(4)、赤式-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-2-{4-[(E)-3-羟基-1-丙烯基]-2-甲氧基苯氧基}-1,3-丙二醇(5)、erythro-1,2-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol(6)、tortoside A(7)、表丁香脂素4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、(+)-lyoniresinol(9)、苯甲基-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(10)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-(3-羟基丙烯基)苯基-1-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(11)、β-氨甲酰基吡啶(12)。结论化合物3~5、10~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Acanthopanax senticosus in Acanthopanax senticosus. The method uses various chromatographic techniques to separate and identify structures based on spectral data. Results Twelve known components were isolated from Acanthopanax senticosus, which were identified as acanthopanax (1), acanthopanax B1 (2), 4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl- (3), alimoxide (4), erythro-1- (4-hydroxy-3- methoxyphenyl) -2- {4- [(E) (5), erythro-1,2-bis (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -1,3-propanediol (7), mesobutyricin 4’-O-β-D-glucoside (8), (+) - lyoniresinol 1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (10), 2,6-dimethoxy-4- (3-hydroxypropylenyl) phenyl-1-O-α-L- Glycosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (11), β-carbamoylpyridine (12). Conclusion Compounds 3-5, 10-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
