压延(拉伸)方法是制造薄壁零件的一种常用的工艺方法。多年来在设计压延模具过程中,深感书本中介绍的各种有关拉伸展开料计算方法,在实际应用中很不方便,而且容易产生计算差错。针对这种情况,我们总结出一种展开料计算图解法。此法可以解决上述问题。现以圆筒形零件为例,将展开料图解法的形成与用法分三个部分进行介绍: 一、展开料图解法的理论基础——解析法解析法的依据是等面积计算原理。根据零件图形的几何形状,分解为各部基本形状,而后综合为一个通用解析公式(如下述公式7),此即解析法。
Calendering (stretching) method is to manufacture thin-walled parts of a common process. Over the years in the process of designing calendering dies, the various methods for calculating stretch drawing materials described in the book are deeply felt, which are inconvenient in practical application and prone to calculation errors. In response to this situation, we summarize a start material calculation diagram. This method can solve the above problems. Now taking the cylindrical parts as an example, the material forming method and the usage of the material drawing method are introduced in three parts: First, to start the theoretical basis of the material graphing method - The analytical method is based on the principle of equal area calculation. According to the geometry of the part figure, it can be decomposed into the basic shape of each part, and then integrated into a general analytical formula (such as the following formula 7), that is, the analytical method.
