一、概述钻孔灌注桩是桥梁基础施工中的一项新技术,它可以代替一般基础、桩基及沉井等。在我国公路桥梁施工上已得到广泛应用,国内铁路桥梁也开始采用。概略地说,它的施工作业过程是利用一种特殊的锥具,在设计的钻孔位置,埋置护筒,搭设工作台,用人力(或机动)来推动套在锥具上的钻杆进行钻孔作业,不时地把锥具从孔中提出,卸去锥头中的土砂。与此同时,向孔中注入泥浆(或泥膏),进行护壁,然后继续钻进,直到设计标高。之后,将预制好的钢筋笼骨架吊入钻孔中,接着灌水下混凝土,这样便形成了钻孔灌注桩。通过施工实践证明,采用钻孔灌注桩施工的优点是: 1.设备简单,操作方便。对于人力钻孔的灌注桩来说,优点更为突出。它除具有修理锥具的少量设备外,是无需动力驱动的机械,工人均只需经过短时期的训练,即可掌握全部操作技术。
