在社会转型时期,道德内化的实现是一个涉及诸多层面的、复杂的系统工程,其实现不仅要求优化道德内化形成的外部环境,更需要完善道德主体的内环境,提高道德认知能力,提升道德主体的道德品质。在当前复杂的社会利益关系中,利益主体和利益层次逐步复杂化,必须通过整合各种利益诉求,在最大程度上满足多数人的愿望,才能使社会达到一种稳定有序的平衡状态。道德内化是社会认同机制形成的逻辑基点,应当根据社会认同理论,促使相关因素相互配合、相互优化,以促成道德内化。
