本文在总结不同学科对能力概念理解的基础上,提出了职业能力的系统功能能力观;从能力系统要素发展与结构形成的思路,分析了个体职业能力系统的生成和发展规律;进而探讨了能够有效支持职业能力系统各阶段生成和发展的职业教育课程组织方式。
On the basis of summing up the concept of competence in different disciplines, this paper puts forward the concept of system function ability of vocational ability. Based on the idea of the development and structure of capability system elements, this paper analyzes the formation and development of individual vocational ability system. Effective support for the formation and development of vocational education curriculum at all stages of the vocational competency system.
