1病历摘要女,22岁。未婚。因人工流产+宫内放置节育器术后2天,腹痛1天,于2002年4月20日急诊入院。患者末次月经2002年2月26日,停经后有早孕反应,4月18日因停经45天,B超检查确诊妊娠,行人工流产手术,刮出正常胚胎组织,术后即上节育环。回家后无阴道流血及腹痛。4月20日晚无任何诱因突感下腹胀痛难忍,以左下腹为甚,畏寒恶心、呕吐及肛门坠胀。询问病史诉食欲剧增。检查下腹部压疼明显,怀疑与宫内节育器有关,立即将宫内节育器取出。给予抗
