“标准化是组织现代化生产的重要手段,是科学管理的重要组成部分。搞好标准化,对于高速度发展国民经济,提高工农业产品和工程建设的质量,提高劳功生产率,充分利用国家资源都有重要作用”〔1〕。我国液压技术和气动技术进入70年代已有了相当规模的发展。国内形成了几百个生产点,已有几十个液压气动研究所或研究室,已有十余所高校设置了液压气动专业。各主要工业国主要液压公司的产品几乎都有引进。加之液压和气动系统用途非常广泛,现代化生产的各工业领域均有应用,所以液压和气动技术以致延伸到液压、气动的标准化工作具有跨行业、跨部门、跨地区的特点。液压气动标准化

Important role” [1]. China’s hydraulic technology and pneumatic technology have entered a considerable scale of development in the 1970s. Several hundred production sites have been formed in China. There are dozens of hydro-pneumatic research institutes or research laboratories, and more than ten universities and colleges have set up hydraulic and pneumatic specialties. The major hydraulic companies in major industrial countries have almost all products introduced. In addition, the use of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is very extensive, and modern industrial production has applications in all industrial fields. Therefore, hydraulic and pneumatic technologies have been extended to hydraulic and pneumatic standardization work with cross-industry, cross-department, and cross-regional features.
