用原子吸收光谱法测定了陕西省彬县克山病和大骨节病共存区克山病病户、大骨节病病户、病区非病户和非病区礼泉县对照户儿童发Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn含量。结果显示:①克山病病户和大骨节病病户儿童发Mn含量无明显差异,但均显著高于病区非病户和非病区对照户儿童(P<0.05);②病区各组儿童发Fe含量均显著高于非病区对照户,大骨节病病户儿童发Fe含量明显低于克山病病户和病区非病户儿童;③各组儿童发Cu或发Zn之间均无明显差异(P>0.05)。
The atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the distribution of Keshan disease, Kashin-Beck disease and Kashin-Beck disease patients in Binxian County, Shaanxi Province, Kashin-Beck disease patients, non-sick patients and non- Zn, Fe and Mn content. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference in the content of Mn between Keshan disease patients and Kashin-Beck disease children, but both were significantly higher than those in non-sick and non-ward control children (P <0.05); Fe content of children in each group were significantly higher than non-ward control subjects, children with Kashin-Beck disease Fe hair content was significantly lower than Keshan disease patients and ward non-sick children; ③ children in each group hair Cu or hair Zn between no significant difference (P> 0.05).
