枝龄和叶面积对苹果果实大小与矿质成份的影响

研究了几个苹果栽培种的枝龄,结果部位和叶面积对果实矿质成份和品质的影响.比较了来自RoyalGala、Braeburn、GrannySmith和富士(Fuji)几个栽培种一年生、二年生和三年生以上结果枝上的果实大小和钙、镁、钾含量.果实采收期二年生短果枝和一年生顶果枝上的果实一般比一年生腋花果枝和三年生以上短果枝上的果实大.与一年生腋花果枝比较,盛花期二年生短果枝上的花托大,盛花期后60~100天果实增长速度快.采收期顶果枝上的果实钙、镁含量较高,但其他结果部位的果实钙、钱含量无一致差异.一年生顶果枝下部叶和顶叶叶面积最大,二年生短果枝的次之,一年生腋花果枝的最小.花期去掉百分之五十的下部叶片和顶芽,降低了采收期来自二年生短果枝,一年生腋花果枝和一年生顶果枝上果实的含钙量.去掉顶芽亦降低了所有结果部位果实的镁含量.但去掉叶对果实大小或钾含量无影响.一年生顶果枝和二年生短果枝上单个果实的钙含量随果枝总叶面积增加而曲线增长,但一年生腋花果枝则否.有全部果枝叶的顶果枝上的果实和二年生短果枝上的果实钙含量都较高. The effects of branch age, fruit location and leaf area on the mineral composition and quality of several apple cultivars were studied. The fruit size and calcium, magnesium, and potassium content of the fruits from annuals, biennials and perennials from RoyalGala, Braeburn, GrannySmith and Fuji were compared. Fruit harvest biennial short fruiting branches and annual fruit on the top fruiting branches are generally larger than the annual axillary fruit branches and fruit perennial fruit short branches above. Compared with the annual axillary fruit branch, blooming biennial short branches on the torus large, full bloom 60 to 100 days after fruit growth rate is fast. The fruits on the fruiting branches during the harvest period had higher calcium and magnesium contents, but there was no consistent difference in the contents of calcium and money in other fruits. The annual top fruiting branches of the lower part of the leaf and the top of the leaf area, biennial short fruiting branches second, the annual axillary branch is the smallest. The removal of 50% of the lower leaves and the terminal buds during flowering reduces the calcium content of harvested fruits from biennials, biennial axillary branches and annual fruiting branches. Removal of the top bud also reduced the magnesium content of all fruits. However, removing the leaves had no effect on fruit size or potassium content. The calcium content of single fruit in annual fruit branches and biennial short fruit branches increased with the increase of total leaf area of ​​fruit branches, but the annual axillary fruit branches were not. The fruit on the top fruiting branch with all fruiting branches and the fruit on biennial short fruiting branches had higher calcium content.
