WTO member states are obliged to submit several written notices to the ADPC and make them available to the public online so that WTO members can inquire about the anti-dumping legislation of other member states, the grounds for anti-dumping measures, and specific steps. Circular on Anti-dumping Laws or Administrative Regulations Article 18, paragraph 5, of the Anti-Dumping Agreement requires member states to notify ADPC of their anti-dumping laws or administrative rules and regulations.
