0 Introduction Phytic acid and inositol are a pair of biochemical products that are quite similar from beginning to end. Both of them use phytate as the raw material for production. Most of the equipment is the same, and ion exchange and adsorption resin refining are common technologies. And the price of the product is similar. At present, the largest industrial production of phytic acid in the world is Japan’s Mitsui East Asia Chemical Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 60 to 80 tons. The product is a pale yellow viscous solution, and phytic acid is strong.
