《水运工程》全体读者:我司8月28日收到“《水运工程》2012-201 3优秀论文评选”全套监审资料9个文件和2个附件计225页,随即组织精于人员进行专项监督审核。遵照监审单位权利义务与责任要求,我司审核小组对活动规则、评委资格、评委推荐、评选统计、奖级划分、各奖级优秀论文审定成果等资料进行了认真审核。审核重点是评委推荐与统计;审核理念围绕资料的系统性封闭性、统计的科学性合理性、成果的代表性与公正性。

In accordance with the rights and obligations of audit supervision unit and the responsibility requirements, our audit team conducted careful examination on the rules of the activities, the qualification of judges, the recommendation of judges, the selection and statistics, the classification of awards and the results of examination and approval of excellent papers of all awards. The review focuses on the recommendation and statistics of the judges; the audit concept revolves around the systematic and closed data, the scientific rationality of statistics, the representativeness and impartiality of the results.
