目的采用高效液相色谱法研究并建立了产于张家界的刺壳花椒药材的指纹图谱。方法Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水流动相系统梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长278 nm。结果对所采集的10批刺壳花椒药材进行了测定,建立了刺壳花椒的指纹图谱,共有11个共有峰。结论HPLC法色谱指纹图谱分析技术可用于刺壳花椒药材质量的控制。
Objective To develop a fingerprint chromatogram of Zanthoxylum bungeanum extract from Zhangjiajie using high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was eluted with acetonitrile-water mobile phase system. The volumetric flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results A total of 11 common peaks were determined for the samples of 10 samples of Zanthoxylum bungeanum collected. The fingerprints of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were established. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint chromatographic analysis technique can be used to control the quality of Chinese peony.
