酥梨清香甜脆,品质优良,在国内享有盛名,是生产中主栽品种之一。了解酥梨的生长规律,特别是果实生长规律,对于加强果园科学管理,提高产量和品质都有益处。作者于1981年在陕西省果树研究所实习期间,曾对酥梨的果实生长做了近两个月的观察。材料取自五年生的酥梨,有乔化树(杜梨砧木),有矮化树(云南榅桲为基砧,哈代为中间砧)。观察结果如下:
Pear crisp sweet crisp, good quality, renowned in the country, is one of the main varieties of production. Understanding pear growth pattern, especially the law of fruit growth, is of great benefit to strengthening scientific management of orchards and improving yield and quality. During his internship with the Shaanxi Fruit Research Institute in 1981, the author observed the fruit growth of the pear for nearly two months. Materials from the perennial pears pear, Qiahuashu (Du pear stock), dwarf trees (Yunnan 榅 桲 as the root anvil, Hardy as the anvil). The observation is as follows:
