讨论ＣＡＰＰ系统通用化存在的困难，认为应建造实现通用机制的ＣＡＰＰ系统框架，提出一种实现系统框架的信息建模和系统开发的新方法——信息元法，初步探讨信息元法的基本理论、应用方法和优缺点。讨论ＣＡＰＰ系统框架的关键技术，提出用信息元法开发ＣＡＰＰ系统框架的一种方案，并介绍ＣＡＰＰ系统框架的实例ＴＨＣＡＰＰ－ＳＨＥＬＬ。
The common problems of CAPP system are discussed. The CAPP system framework to realize common mechanism should be constructed. A new method of information modeling and system development to realize system framework is proposed, which is information element method. The basic theory of information element method , Application methods and advantages and disadvantages. Discusses the key technology of CAPP system framework, proposes a scheme of developing CAPP system framework by using information element method, and introduces THCAPP-SHELL, an example of CAPP system framework.
