作为思想政治选修课教师,在新高考模式不断变动和学科地位越来越难以把握的情况下,应该在夹缝中面对各种挑战,寻找学科生存和发展的希望。我任教的2011届高三学生,在中考中的学科名次为全市最后一名,但在2011年的高考中保证了85%的B级率,我所任班级学生B级率达到90%以上,取得了比较好的高考成绩。我在这届学生的高三复习过程中积累了很多的教学感想:创新教学理念与手段,集中打造有效课堂,培养学生学习能力,激发学生学习兴趣,在有限的时间里做最值得做的事
